All Yoga classes strengthen major muscle groups by the practice of asanas (physical postures that are designed to strengthen the body and improve health) but I particularly wanted to design a class that focused on the 'core' muscles which was creative and interesting.

Core Focused Yoga incorporates a fluid yoga influenced approach to core training that builds strength and grace in a more creative way than repetitive conventional 'abs' work. A strong centre means a long lean torso, a healthy strong back and a positive flow of energy that filters into every aspect of your life. Core Focused Yoga will also give you toned and sculpted arms and shoulders without endless tedious weight training.
