If you're short of time and want to get the most effective results from your exercise programme, Kettlebell/HIIT Circuit Training is the most efficient way of strengthening all major muscle groups, increasing your aerobic fitness and improving flexibility.

The class is a mixture of aerobic exercise, strength work (utilising body weight exercises, kettlebells and dumbbells) plus a developmental stretch section.

All class participants are encouraged to work at their own pace and so are able to improve their fitness level at an appropriate rate.

So, if you want to get fitter in a fun environment with brilliant music too; join us at 6.30pm every Monday evening at Thistly Meadow Primary School, Hospital Lane, Blaby LE8 4FE
