Your-Life Pilates matwork classes are designed to strengthen muscles, improve core strength and posture, increase joint flexibility and promote a feeling of wellbeing through complementary breathing techniques

Pilates will help to flatten your tummy, minimise back pain, correct postural imbalances and help you to move more freely when peforming every day life activities

In my classes, I use a variety of equipment such as resistance bands and small balls to aid flexibility gains and to add intensity and variety.

Each class caters for different levels of ability and any problems such as back, neck and/or knee issues can be accommodated as different alternatives will always be given to each participant to enable everyone to work at their own pace and to improve any health problems or injuries

Pilates is an excellent addition to any exercise programme and I can guarantee you will soon feel the many benefits of attending my Pilates courses

Pilates classes are held at:
Monday: Glen Parva Memorial Hall, Dorothy Ave, Glen Parva 9.30-10.30am & 10.30-11.30am (Booking essential)
Tuesday: Glen Parva Memorial Hall, Dorothy Ave, Glen Parva 6.30-7.30pm (Booking essential)
Tuesday: Broughton Astley Village Hall 9.30am (Booking essential)
