If you've always wanted to be able to run, but didn't know where to start, joining a Your-Life running group will teach you all the skills you need to know to sucessfully begin or progress a running programme

Our absolute beginners running courses include running specific warm ups, drills and stretches and are designed to enable you to run between 25-30 minutes continuously by the end of the course

Our absolute beginners training pack includes a 3 times a week progressive running programme, postural exercises and stretches to enhance your running sessions, plus nutritional advice to help you maintain a healthy lifestyle

Even if you have never run before, this course is specifically designed for you, so book on our next course and run with Your-Life!

If you have already completed an absolute beginners running course with us or can already run for 30 minutes and would like to improve your running, our improvers course is the one for you

This course is designed to enable you to improve your running pace, tackle hills with greater confidence and to be able to run for longer periods of time

Our improvers training pack includes a 3 times a week progressive running programme to follow on from the beginners course and includes a varied running schedule for you to follow each week

Your Life running groups are coached by a Run England Run Leader
