Yoga Flow is an effective & dynamic yoga based fitness programme that combines core strength exercises, deep stretching and yoga postures to promote stability, increase muscle strength and improve posture, balance and coordination.

Each class will contain standing warm up sequences,flowing strength and postural exercises, standing strength and balance work and deep flexibility work. All exercises will progress throughout each week to allow participants to monitor their personal progression and to feel confident in their practice.

Yoga Flow classes are structured very differently from Pilates classes so those of you already practising Pilates will enjoy learning a different discipline which will complement your existing exercise programme.
